Refund policy

Refund and Ticket Transfer Policy – Max & Stacy Invitational 2026

Event Dates: January 8–10, 2026

We’re excited to welcome you to the Max & Stacy Invitational. The following policy is designed to offer fair flexibility while ensuring the event’s smooth planning and execution.

1. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days of your request.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email Contact@BitcoinSports.Network and include:

  • Invoice number
  • Full name
  • Reason for the refund

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are based on the date your request is received relative to the event start:

  • Full Refund: Requests submitted by October 8, 2025 (90 days before the event)
  • 50% Refund: Requests submitted between October 9 and November 8, 2025 (60–89 days before the event)
  • No Refunds: Requests made on or after November 9, 2025 (less than 60 days before the event)

Note: Only tickets purchased through the official event website are eligible for a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

Transaction fees and third-party service charges are non-refundable.

5. Ticket Transfers

Tickets can be transferred to another individual if you’re unable to attend.

To transfer your ticket, email Contact@BitcoinSports.Network by January 1, 2026 and include:

  • Your invoice number
  • Your name
  • Full name and contact email of the new ticket holder

Transfers are subject to verification and approval.

6. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If the event is canceled or postponed, you will receive a full refund, including transaction fees. If rescheduled, you may request a refund if you are unable to attend the new date.

7. Force Majeure

In the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, government mandates), refunds may not be guaranteed. However, we will work toward a fair and equitable resolution.

8. Refund Review and Conditions

All refund requests are subject to internal review. Special cases may be considered on an individual basis.

9. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
