Information for Attendees

As we get closer to the event please pay attention to these logistics.  This information is for Player & Non-Player event attendees.

MOST IMPORTANT:

  1. You must bring a government ID to enter the El Encanto Golf Club premises that shows your legal first and last name.
  2. You MUST ensure your own transportation to the El Encanto Club for both days!  There will NOT be enough Ubers around for last minute rides.  Please book a driver ahead of time via Tunco Life or by contacting them by email directly at info@tuncolife.com You can also reach out to BitDriver to schedule rides here.

Friday 1-10-24

Practice Round, Bitcoin Farmers Market & Bitcoin Beach Meet Up

Location: El Encanto Country Club, End of Las Dispensas Street, San Jose Villanueva, El Salvador

There is a playground & splash pad on site for those traveling with kids.  

Players

Practice round check in 7:30am - 8:45am

  • Light breakfast served (included)
  • Practice round start at 9am
  • Grab & Go lunch for the course (included)

Non-Players

Check in 7:30am - 9am

  • Breakfast available by club house (included)

9:30am - approximately 2:30pm pool hang out & entertainment 

  • Entertainment:
  • Interviews on stage with special guests 
  • Q&A with Max & Stacy
  • Bitcoin farmers market on site
  • Bitcoin Education Micro-Classes by The Bitcoin Hardware Store
  • Lunch buffet served (included)

Post practice round:

All (Players & Non-Players) - Post Practice Round

Trip to Bitcoin Beach (El Zonte)

  • We have arranged for a free bus ride from the club to Bitcoin beach for those that let us know they would like to be on the bus. Limited Space available.
  • Players can leave their clubs in a secure room at El Encanto overnight Friday to Saturday - we do not recommending traveling with clubs to the meetup.

Bitcoin Beach Meet-Up

  • Time: 5-7:30pm
  • Location: Al Suave House
  • Pupusa truck on site & drinks (included)
  • There is a bus that can be taken back to San Salvador after.  Bus leaves around 7:30pm for those that signed up for the bus.

Saturday 1-11-24

Tournament Day

Players

Tournament check in 7:30am - 8:45am

  • Light breakfast served (included)
  • Warm-up and golf swing tips with Matt McKay (8:15am)

Tournament round start at 9am

  • Grab & Go lunch for the course (included)

Post tournament: Top 50% of teams to compete in the 19th hole challenge

  • A shot from the Infinity pool down to the 18th Green
  • Closest to the pin or in wins a one of a kind custom putter

Non-Players

Check in 7:30am - 9am

  • Breakfast available by club house (included)

9:30am - approximately 2:30pm pool hang out & entertainment 

Entertainment & Lunch:

  • Interviews on stage with special guests 
  • Bitcoin Education Micro-Classes by The Bitcoin Hardware Store
  • Lunch buffet served (included)

Post tournament round:

All (Players & Non-Players) - Post Tournament Round

  • Approximately 3:30pm: Reception & Stage Interview with Max & Stacy
  • Approximately 4pm: Top 50% of player-teams to compete in the 19th hole challenge
  • 4:30pm: Awards ceremony sponsored by Bean of Fire
  • 5pm Open dinner buffet immediately post award ceremony
  • Open night celebrations with live band
